Our press-bent steel poles are produced using the latest computerised welding system that ensures consistent and high quality assembly. We have made substantial investments recently acquiring this system. The new machinery operates through the most modern electronic programming tools such as computerised two- dimensional video-graphic numerical control and PLC Safety Control Systems in order to deliver the best possible product in a cost-effective manner.

This new production line uses sheets steel S235JR, S355JR (EN10025) quality and is made observing all the Supply Specifications Enel DS3010 of May 2007. The poles have a structure ranging from eight to sixteen sides and are designed for medium and low-tension aerial lines. The trapezoidal sheets (press-bent by our 12 metres machine) are welded through a submersed arc welding process (certified by the Italian Welding Institute) that operates with a state-of-the-art computerised welding line.

All poles are then subjected to a series of optional procedures: head bush drilling, head cover, earthing nut, ID plate application and bituminous banding of the interlocking area. All poles are subjected to hot galvanizing procedure, according to UNI EN1461/CEI 7-6 Specifications.

All poles types are unified according to the
